The Executive Board is the governing body of the Organization and is comprised of the Elected Officers
, Board of Trustees
and Constitutional Committee
The Executive Board manages the affairs of the Organization in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws. Among other things, the Board considers and acts upon the recommendations of the Council of Past Presidents
(CPPP) within 60 days from the time the is brought to the attention of the latter.
The Executive Board holds regular meetings
once a month at a time and place designated by the President. Special meetings may be held as required by the President or by a request of at least five (5) members of the Executive Board. The attendance of at least fifteen (15) members of the Executive Board in these meetings constitutes a quorum.
